Just go into edit town, move some random sim into a lot, then evict that same sim and choose to merge it with your family. Instead of adding that sim to your family though, move the baby to adoption random sim's side then accept it. This way they will be gone from your family tree. No cheats, no mods. You really can't, although I think this should be a feature in Sims game in the future.
